Accessibility/Special Seating
Limited seating for people with disabilities is available; please advise the box office when ordering tickets. For assistance upon arrival, please ask for the house manager.
Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
Cameras, Recorders, and Mobile Phones
To avoid disruptions, we must prohibit taking photographs and using recording devices. Please check cameras and tape recorders at the box office and turn off mobile phones. If you are expecting an emergency call, please advise the House Manager. Our emergency telephone number is 215.496.8001.
Food and Drink
A variety of concessions are available in the lobby; adult theatre-goers are welcomed to bring any concessions purchased from The Philadelphia Shakespeare Festival into the theatre. Smoking is prohibited in the theater.
Young Theater-goers
Children younger than the age of 13 are not permitted in the theater.
In the Event Of an Emergency
Please obey the instructions given by theater personnel. Please note the nearest emergency exit upon taking your seat; each exit is marked by a lighted green EXIT sign. If an evacuation is directed, please move to the nearest exit in a calm and orderly fashion.
